You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you must be at least 13 years old to use Omega.
You own the tasks, notes, habits, financial data, and other content you enter into Omega. We don't claim ownership over it, and we don't use it for anything other than providing the service back to you (see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling).

Omega is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Omega is a personal organization tool — it is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Omega, including loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to Omega is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using Omega and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Omega after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
